WORK PLAN
The GEMMA project, through miniMOOCs based on a serious game tailored on the HEI’s academic needs, gives new training and learning environments for researchers to gather new skills for their work and gives strategies for better managing their life regarding the work/free-time balance.

WP1 Project Management
The Project leader, UNIBA leads the WP1 Project Management, guiding the Partnership and supervising the activities to be performed. UNIBA has not only a mere management and coordination role, but it has an active role in the implementation of the project.
WP2 Integrated model for well-being at work
UVEG leads WP2 starting from its psychological competencies based on positive psychology. Their contribution regards the development of an integrated model for well-being for researchers including three main competences: entrepreneurship, soft skills, and digital skills.
WP3 GEMMA MOOC design and implementation
UNIBA leads the development of MOOC, for the training in online courses on application of the Integrated model developed in WP2, involving all the other Partners. Each Partner is involved in a part of the MOOC, drafting, and recording lessons, contributing to the GEMMA course. The MOOC is translated in all the languages.
WP4 Development of GEMMA Serious Game
SGF, the industrial branch of the project, delivers a serious game for facing practical situations and brings its competence in application of information technologies in the educational field and in game development. In this WP all the Partners contribute co-designing the game scenarios involving participants in all the 5 countries.

WP5 Guidelines and data results
WP5 is led by AMU with the support of all the partners. IASIS covers a future application in the VET sector. IASIS has not assigned a specific WP, but in the WP0 – Project Management, we consider two main activities, one is Project Management that is covered by SGF and one dedicated to Quality Plan & Dissemination is in charge of IASIS. In this WP the project is implemented in all the countries and the data are gathered. The WP focuses on the development of guidelines for a future reapplication of the model and some indicators of impact of the GEMMA project.
