EU PARTNERS

GEMMA Consortium includes 4 HEIs, each of them cover a specific field of research: Education and Technology Enhanced Learning from Italy (UNIBA), Computer Science and Gamification from Finland (UTU), Technology and Language from Poland (AMU) and Psychology from Spain (UVEG). In addition to the academic partners, GEMMA project includes a SME represented by SGF that bring the competence on serious game development and represents the technological branch of the Partnership, and IASIS, a Greek association that covers the inclusion aspects, because its work is dedicated on vulnerable groups, the provision of psychological and counseling services, the creation of equal opportunities and new perspectives.

UNIBA – University Aldo Moro of Bari

The University Aldo Moro of Bari (UNIBA, Italy) is the leader of the project and has the leadership of Project Management WP and on the GEMMA MOOC design and implementation (WP2). In this project UNIBA brings its expertise in the educational and Technology Enhanced Learning field. UNIBA performs the events in Italy (Focus groups, co-design events and trial execution).
POLAND

AMU – Adam Wickiewicz University

Adam Wickiewicz University (AMU, Poland) is the leader of the drafting of Guidelines and Data results, in WP4 guides the trial execution and the release of recommendations. AMU brings the experience of the researchers involved in promoting the use of innovative solutions, covering the validation of the multilingualism aspect of MOOC and serious game.

SPAIN

UVEG – University of Valencia

The University of Valencia (UVEG, Spain) is the leader of the “Integrated model for well-being at work” (WP1) for HEI staff, they bring their psychological experience guiding the merging of the 3 EU framework with the support of all the Consortium. In addition, UVEG implements in Spain all the national co-design and multiplicative events.
FINLAND

The University of Turku (UTU, Finland) brings its competence in game-based learning, gamification and interactive storytelling supporting the scientific validity of the Serious Game designed in WP3. They apply the project in Finland and are leaders of the organization of the Final Conference.

GREECE

IASIS NGO

The Civil Non-Profit Company IASIS NGO (IASIS, Greece) has no WP leadership but has practical leadership in the Quality (in the Project Management WP) drafting and implementing the Quality Plan, based on their experience on Erasmus+ projects. IASIS implements the GEMMA project in Greece and has a central role in the definition of inclusion aspects and providing guidelines for a reapplication in the VET sector.

SGF – Serious Game Factory

The SME Serious Game Factory (SGF, Italy) represents the technological side of the Partnership. They bring their expertise in gamification, development of APP and serious games. For this reason, SGF represents the industrial branch of the project, and the developmental center, then it leads the development of the Serious Game.
