GEMMA PROJECT ● Game based learning for enhancement of new skills using micro-MOOCs for academic staff
GEMMA is a training course for researchers, from PhD students to professors, in HEIs aimed at furnishing this academic staff with digital, entrepreneurial and life skills. These skills are crucial in this new era where digital tools cover a consistent part of the research and teaching work. The GEMMA project, through miniMOOCs based on a serious game APP tailored on the HEIs academics needs and available in 5 languages (English, Italian, Polish, Spanish, Finnish, and Greek), gives new training and learning environments for researchers to gather new skills for their work, giving strategies for better managing their life regarding the work/free-time balance.
